Good shirts, slow support
I ordered a few Long Sleeve Tall Shirts and a couple of those Tall Pocket Tees during their summer sale. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, no real issues there. Delivery took a little longer than expected, about 9 days, but the shirts themselves fit really well and didn't shrink much after the first wash, which is a big plus. I did have a question about sizing before I bought, and it took customer support almost 3 days to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating. But once I got the right size, the shirts are great, and the fabric feels substantial. Just wish support was a bit quicker if you need them.
